Novulutions X Morong Bataan Water District conducted an information dissemination initiative across five barangays from January 19 to 22, 2026 to introduce and guide consumers on the transition to Novustream, a modern water utility management system. The activity focused on educating residents about the new digital platform, which includes online bill viewing (read), automated billing (bill), and integrated online payment (pay) features that allow customers to conveniently settle water bills through e-wallets, online banking, and other digital payment channels. The sessions also explained how users can access their accounts, monitor water consumption, and receive billing updates in real time, reducing the need for physical visits to the water district office. By rolling out the system through barangay-level information drives, Morong Bataan Water District ensured that consumers in all five barangays were properly oriented and supported during the transition, promoting smoother adoption, improved customer experience, and more efficient water utility services.
